Cooperation between Taiwan and India under the New Southbound Policy

We are pleased to announce the international conference on sustainable development, green finance and regional cooperation: Taiwan and India, which will be hosted on June 12 (Thursday) and 13 (Friday), 2025 by Feng Chia University at its beautiful campus in Taichung, Taiwan. We welcome both theoretical and empirical papers in the broadly defined areas below:
- Climate change and sustainable development
- International trade and sustainable development
- ESG, carbon reduction and carbon neutrality
- Finance, governance, and sustainable development
- Regional cooperation, climate finance and the economy
- Green finance on economic growth and income distribution
- Climate, finance, and sustainable development: case studies in Taiwan and India
- Asian economies and sustainable development: past, present, and future
Keynote Speakers:
- Professor Eden Yu, Chu Hai College of Higher Education, Hong Kong
- Professor Laixun Zhao, University of Kobe, Japan
Submission Guidelines:
- All papers will be presented in English.
- Online submission with papers or extended abstracts should be made no later than February 28, 2025 to Ms. Tseng at mctseng@fcu.edu.tw. Preference will be given to completed papers or detailed drafts. The selected authors will be notified by March 15, 2025.
- Upon receiving acceptance, authors must submit full papers no later than April 30, 2025.
Registration:
- Conference refreshments and materials will be provided with no registration fee.
Supporting Journals:
- Conference papers can be submitted to Finance Research Open and Journal of International Trade & Economic Development for consideration.
